The car rental (Thrifty) was horrendous, my reserved car was 2.5 hours late however, my late arrival at hotel was met with concern and calmness. The room was just what I wanted, quiet, peaceful, and CLEAN! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Portland:)"

It is going through renovations, and we were in one of the newly renovated rooms, which was beautiful and excellent! The bed was very comfortable and we had no complaints. Staff at front desk was very friendly too! Will definitely stay there again when in Portland!"
