"This hotel calls itself a 5-star, but it’s nothing of the sort. The only good thing was the view from the room. The breakfast and hotel service were absolutely terrible. Since there aren’t any cafes nearby, even if the breakfast isn’t good, you can’t go out to eat. The coffee served at breakfast was sour and had white particles floating in it. The crepes were cold, and for the two of us, they served only four small rolls. The previous day’s breakfast had been two plates of crepes per person, so...

"Beautiful place and very friendly staff"

"Excellent mineral bathing services. Minor issues: TV does not work, check-out staff did not do an excellent job inspecting the room."

"Very nice staff the owner spoke English, and had som great tours for us. Cheap, but delicious food, the beds are hard but nice. Working toilet and bath. Very nice view. Overall we are very happy with the stay"

"Great location with a beautiful view. Perfect to checkout the rice patties!"

"Great property, wth nice relaxing pool area. A Good Restaurant and Bar. Nice comfortable hotel, not backpacker homestay like so many other properties in this area. But with a Viet Wooden Stilt Building type Charm right into the hilltop forest canopy."

"Lovely family, great stay"

"Very nice new hotel. Very friendly staff. The rooms were nice with good matress. We enjoyed the big infinity pool. The breakfast buffet during the weekend was really good."

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. "

"The place is pretty basic but has a rustic feel about it. Bring your own honey or jam for the morning as they down’s supply it. Also you have to pay for coffee even when breakfast is included. At my level of room the washrooms were quite a distance from the room and needed an upgrade. However, if you like the rustic, village type, and want to make your own breakfast then this is the place. "Wonderful stay, amazing food and lovely staff! We had a wonderful stay at Puluong Luna Resort! The food was absolutely outstanding, in fact, the best we have had during our entire trip around Vietnam. Every meal was a real pleasure! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They also arranged a fantastic private driver who took us around the area to explore the beautiful sights and surroundings. It was a wonderful experience. We also treated ourselves to...
