"This nicely remodeled house gave us (a couple plus a teenager) plenty of space. Eugene was responsive and helpful. It was in a convenient location to get to Tampa Convention Center. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. "

"I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a very nice, clean townhouse with perks like a hot tub and garage. The garage is a game area but it was perfect for our trip as we needed to unload or store some gear for work. Also the location is another big plus. There’s tons of restaurants around and in walking distance as well as your a short drive to about anywhere in Tampa. TJ was a great host and very communicative and made it easy to check in and out. "

"Stayed for Womens Final Four! Location was Great..close to trolley...easy on and off. Great breweries and resturants in Ybor...and only a 15 min trolley ride to other areas in Downtown. Owner was qyick to respond to any questions. "
