"I would like to say the trip started off rough. We were women up at 1030pm because they had given someone else our room too. Then security came and woke us up again and we had to prove we were indeed staying there. Then the whole night there were teenagers surrounding us and were loud until 4am. Needless to say - day one was rough. The next morning we went to speak to the manager and she immediately apologized and move us into a suite inside the hotel and it was a pleasant time the rest of our trip. THANK YOU for taking care of us and hearing us out. "
