Previous tenants have burned the walls and stained the fixtures with cigarettes. Hall itself smells as well. On no smoking floors it was cleaner and smelled nice. I only ever saw the same cleaning woman on my floor. She was amazing and efficient. The rooms need deeper cleaning, especially on smoking floors. The hotel should consider giving their staff more...
