We had a water deck room & were disappointed that we were given a room looking at the cruise ship terminal and a cruise ship (with attendant noises & blocked view). Hotel was booked so they could not accommodate our request to be moved to another room. Be mindful if you pay for one of these rooms to request a room at 322 or higher to avoid this issue."

I’d definitely recommend staying here."

"The hotel is challenged with only one working elevator. We learned one of the 2 elevators has been not working since January which is very concerning to not be able to be fixed over the course of several months. I hadn’t researched to learn there is no coffee maker in the room, however available 4 am - 7 am free in the lobby. After 7 am, you can purchase coffee in the on premise restaurant. While the room was fine and bed comfortable, it is an older hotel with older bathrooms."
