"I have an inconvenience at arrival they don't have the room that I paid for they give me an up grade but it was big and the only bad was the bath tab dirty not working properly finally after two nights I get the one I choose on line much better."

"My experience at Buenaventura was one of the best. It is authentic Mexican resort with Mexican cuisine, the staff are amazing, very friendly. My encounter with one the manager name Carlos who went above and beyond to make my experience remarkable. Definitely will recommend it, and will go back whenever I go to Pueta Vallarta."

"We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive resort! The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the swim-out pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. It was amazing to be able to step right into the pool from our room and made the experience feel even more luxurious. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The only downside was the food, which didn’t quite meet our expectations. Because of this, we often ventured out to enjoy the local restaurants, where we found delicious food and got to experience more of the local culture. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The swim-out pool alone made the trip worth it, and we’d happily stay here again."

"The service is great, the property is incredible. The trams are not an issues and the pools are great too. BUT, the food is absolutely terrible. You’re paying 5 star resort prices for 2 star resort costs. Our first meal was at taco break. The tortillas chips were stale and inedible. My kids tried to eat them because they were so hungry but when I asked for new ones they said they couldn’t make any. I also went to breakfast at samba and cafe de lago, both again just not good. Mexican food is delicious and none of that greatness was in any of the meals. I think the only semi good meal was at the pool which were the nachos and aguachiles. Other then that we chose to leave the property and eat meals outside. You’re not allowed to leave in an uber, you have to pay the astronomical taxi prices, but even with paying for that it was still cheaper to eat at local delicious restaurants."
