The breakfast was really good, there was plenty of choice including a traditional cooked breakfast, kippers or haddock and eggs also cereal, toast, and fruit. The service was really good, everyone was friendly and polite. Just a small warning, the hotel is at the top of a very steep hill, though ideal situation for getting to the shops, restaurants and beach! "

"Fantastic property to stay in with stunning sea views. This property is just perfect for a break in Dawlish. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay, a real home from home! Lots of lovely local walks - including to the coastal path, and information left at the property to help you find local places to visit.
