"The hotel is a beautiful, historical landmark located in a great part of town. I was underwhelmed with the level of service. We were given a room on the first floor knowing there would be a huge wedding that night with music blasting until very late at night. We enquired about a scale and they said there was one in the room which was incorrect. They told us they’d send one but it never happened. We had to go back and ask for one ourselves and the attitude seemed to be of annoyance. We asked for a calf-hour late checkout and were told…NO!
We were initially excited to stay in such a beautiful place but were very turned off by the service level."
