I don’t know do they have bias only for me or not but I felt it is. As I noticed the guest who only stayed 1 night or short time, They are very welcome and doing good service. "The staff were very friendly and flexible, especially with luggage storage and can communicate very well in English as well. The hostel is also very clean and has modern toilets. The location is conveniently close to many restaurants and hot spring places, so accessibility is great. Feel free to chat with the staff, they are always happy to make good conversation! "

"This is the cleanest and most modern hostel in Beppu. I have stayed twice this month and will stay again in early April with about five friends. I like the location and cleanliness, but as important is the kitchen and dining room. The room is big enough to easily fit 30 people. This makes is perfect for groups because we have a place to meet and talk besides the dorm bedrooms. It is less than 5 minutes from the train station, a market, a grocery store and many restaurants."
