"First time staying with as a family of 3 with a young toddler. Half board included breakfast and dinner which was different for the 2 nights we stayed. Great rooms, clean and spacious. Hotel exterior was also very peaceful and nice. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Superb service. Will be back again!"

"We stayed at the Japanese style house and it was amazing! It was huge and perfect for a family. It also has private indoor and outdoor onsen included in the accommodation just for us. The meals included were great as well, we had teppanyaki for dinner and Japanese breakfast. The accommodation is also close to the Hell's onsen attraction which is just minutes walk away so it's perfect for my parents. The only thing was the outdoor onsen was slightly too hot for us as you cannot adjust the water...

"Everything about staying here was great! I only speak English and Korean and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating! Especially the manager at the front desk. I got to meet and have simple conversations with the staff. Even the ones that only speak Japanese. They were all friendly and kind regardless of language barriers. Property offers pick-up and sending service from near bus station or train station but you will need to call to the property and make a booking (or just call them when you arrive). Property provide amazing dinner and breakfast which is traditional Japanese style. Both Public and private bath places are amazing with relaxing atmosphere. We have booked with half board, the sumptuous dinner might have been well enjoyed by some but the amount were too much for us to stomach. "Very clean and very comfortable. They are very vague about you putting everything back. Does it mean you have to wash all of your dishes and put them back exactly? Communication was lacking. Of the two emails I sent, I never got a response. I left some stuff there and asked if it was found and they decided not to answer me. I ended up leaving it there so I suppose someone else is not enjoying it."
