"This was by far by favorite hotel in Japan. We stayed in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and this hotel had the best amenities. You have to use the hot springs and massage chairs!"

"This is a beautiful hotel in a convenient location, a few minutes walk to the subway and a bus stop a minute away. It is also easy to walk to other areas of the city like Gion and Nishiki market. The room was quiet and comfortable. I did have a problem with the AC not being sufficient to cool the room at first but it was fixed when I brought it to the staff's attention. I also enjoyed the room amenities (pajamas, etc) and the onsen. "
