"The hotel has an upscale feel to it while still being warm, friendly, and welcoming. We loved that it was very close to shopping arcades, lots of izakayas and restaurants, and only a 20 minute walk to Ritsurin Garden, the museum of art and the port. Club Lounge access was a great perk as well! We enjoyed having evening or after-dinner snacks and drinks in a quiet, cozy atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I had a great time staying here, everything was clean and maintenance makes sure you have fresh towels everyday. The breakfast buffet options were great and staff was all really nice and understanding. Even though the room I stayed in was on the smaller side all amenities were great. The bathroom had a bathtub and the TV had youtube on it. AC was great and bed was comfortable. For the price and service I recommend this hotel. "

"The amenities and front desk service make this hotel. The public bath, sauna, free snacks, coffee/tea etc. The front desk helped (often in English) with taxis, directions, recommendations and luggage forwarding to another hotel. The room was very small, but manageable."
