"We had such a great time at the Tourist Hotel @ Cafe Akihabara, the rooms were well laid out and spacious for Tokyo standards, but in particular the attention and care paid to us by the staff was exceptional. "The property was well placed and very interesting in its construction with open corridors. It is directly opposite the park which houses the zoo and the museums as well as temples. The hotel itself had a rooftop onsen too. Our room was spacious with a full kitchenette. My daughter loved the bunk bed aspect! The hotel has its own cafe which was a good bonus. The quiet zen like hotel was a contrast to the busy Ueno streets and bars not far away. It is also only moments from Ameyocho shopping street and the Sanrio Garden cafe both of which were great for the final leg of our trip. I would definitely stay at otherwise &Here hotels. "

"Great location, few minutes walk to Sensoji Temple and shopping areas, easy access, close to all subway stations, and airports. Room is Clean, quiet and spacious enough, the tatami mat theme is very Japanese traditional. The hot springs and sauna are perfect after long time walking. We love the complimentary ice cream and noodles. The corner of comics and massage chairs are not bad. The laundry is a bit small, but it is free, can’t complain at all, dryer only cost 100yen per 30 minutes. Highly recommended, definitely will book this hotel again. "
