"Hotel room was clean, modern, had a true king size bed, and the private bathroom shower was truly relaxing! The hotel restaurant serves fantastic food. However, the bar only served Bud draft and a Thai draft beer. I was at the VERY LEAST expecting to be served with a local Scottish beer — huge bummer! The Mercure Hotel is located in the middle town, a one minute walk to Victoria Market— huge plus!"

"The hotel and staff were very accommodating. They were able to book us immediately after our Airbnb was canceled and they were understanding and empathetic towards our situation. It was reassuring to have that level of service during an emergency. The rooms we stayed in were comfortable and the food was delicious. We will absolutely be staying at the Beaufort Hotel again and I will be recommending it to anyone staying in Inverness. "

"Very nice hotel in the middle of Tain. Staff was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean. Loved sitting on the front porch in the morning with a cup of joe and a freshly baked meat pie and watch the city come alive. Lots to do and the whisky tours were close by."
