Not only is the property perfectly located next to the River Ness and Ness Walk into Inverness but the staff are over the top amazing from the moment you walk until you depart. Mark the concierge was incredible upon arrival. The bar staff were extremely knowledgeable about wines and whisky. We had a perfect stay.
One of our best stays ever, from the moment we arrived we were welcomed with delicious whisky and our lovely room. All of the staff were exceptional and the location is perfect. One of the most comfortable beds ever! Wish we had longer.
Great staff, Mark who greeted us on arrival was fantastic.

This property is far from being a true 5-star hotel — I would say it barely reaches a 4-star european level. The accommodation itself was not bad, but it was not what we expected, or at least not what they advertise.
The structure is prefabricated, and it shows. The design, furniture, and room décor are all very standard. I have no doubt that it may stand out among the options available in the area, but that alone does not justify a 5-star rating, and certainly not the prices they charge, which are not consistent with either the facilities or the amenities offered.
The breakfast and dinner were both acceptable.

Hotel and room were spotlessly clean, with staff being welcoming and pleasant. Another enjoyable visit.
Only negative is the excessive overnight onsite parking charge. Unnecessary for a 5 star hotel.

Amazing service, restaurant (dinner & breakfast) was also exceptionnal
The hotel is lovely, with a pleasant setting at the river’s edge. The staff was very accommodating and seemed to pay close attention to every guest. The common areas were nicely set and included comfortable sitting areas, a restaurant, lounge, and small sitting areas
Cannot fault this hotel. What a wonderful hotel, right on the river, quiet location, walkable lovely walk to the city centre along the river, spacious beautiful room, large ceiling windows that open, amazing food and buffet breakfast, welcoming and friendly staff that went above and beyond.
Ness Walk needs to be rated 10/5. We enjoyed our stay so much we really did not want to leave.
My kids and I had a FABULOUS stay! From the rooms, to the restaurant, to the service, everything was top-notch!! The vibe was very elegant yet relaxed. I plan on recommending it to my friends who are visiting Inverness. It was a very memorable experience.

A fabulous hotel. The room was very comfortable. The staff were amazing and the hotel and property was beautiful. A nice walk into the city centre along the river.
My family had such a nice quick visit at Ness Walk, I wish we had a longer stay! It was the perfect place for us and we were able to enjoy walking along the water and was so comfortable in our rooms.
A large well-appointed room with great fit and finishes, a clean comfortable bed, and my room on the ground floor even had a patio. What more could you ask for? Oh and the restaurant is pretty decent too.
