"Self check-in facility that was far from secure or well maintained. The main door lock was missing on the inside, the stairs carpet had suspicious stains at the bottom of the stairs. The heater was not working and nothing was done to rectify the situation so I had to sleep wearing a sweater & a scarf and there was no hot water other than in the shower, no kettle nor glass & cup for tea/coffee. "This is a fab budget hotel. Big room, really clean, no carpet 😀 Evening staff were so lovely. Dinner was superb!! Breakfast was ok, she forgot my beans, the cereal was all out of date and the breakfast girl didn't smile once."
"Really nice stay at Park Hill in Inverness. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The lady who let us in was really friendly and welcoming, which was a nice touch after travelling. Overall, a great place to stay and we’d definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Inverness!"
