"Loved it was right on the waters edge. The staff was very pleasant and assisted in anyway possible. Massage girls good fun. Wished the Manager had introduced himself as that, rather than just chatting in incognito and appearing to be just another guest. The rooms were incredible and all had their own character and price per night, no doubt."

"We absolutely LOVED our stay at Faofao Beach fales! We stayed in a fale on the beach and it was such an incredible experience that I would highly recommend. The beach is blissful and quiet (other than the sound of the crashing waves) and the road behind was not busy. We never got bored of the view! Breakfast and dinner was provided daily and the options were healthy and included fish every day which I loved! Served buffet style so we were well fed! The toilet and showers are basic but it was wonderful to have an outdoor shower looking up at the sky! No WiFi so it was nice to be "off grid" for a few days. Great location for visiting waterfalls, the ocean trench and the national park. Overall we had an amazing time and was sad to leave! Thank you so much to the wonderful family at Faofao!"

"Sheraton is a must if you are looking for accommodation in Samoa. Rooms were amazing and food was even better. Customer service was absolutely top tier and every single staff member were extremely kind and super helpful. Be sure to also check out their fiafia night as you will not be disappointed. "A perfect spot with everything that you need yet close enough to go exploring. Staff and team at the resort or very lovely and accommodating. Will definitely try and return with our kids. We even saw a sea turtle snorkeling at the resort! "

"The resort is the largest locally owned and they have cultural evenings and fire shows which were great. Most of the sites are dotted around the island so it pays to have a car. The people are really lovely and we were very sad to leave at the end of our stay. "

"Excellent customer service by all. I stayed 5 nights here with my 80 & 84 year parents. The staff were very accommodating to their needs and treated them with the utmost respect. They were loving, caring and professional always greeting you with a smile. Front house staff right through to the back house, kitchen, cleaners were a joy to deal with. We highly recommend Insel to those visiting Samoa it will be your home away from home with Island feels. "
