"Located near bus stops, the hotel’s facilities are well-maintained. The staff is quite attentive, and the breakfast buffet offers good options to suit various tastes. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is a good size. The only drawback is that the automated light controls are located on the headboard and remain lit at all times, which makes it difficult to fall asleep at night."

"All staff interactions were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The taxi driver who picked me up at 5AM for a tour and returned for me later was especially pleasant. However, I had a few challenges: The 7-Eleven staff was somewhat impatient with me as I tried to check out. The Cafe was booked out for lunch by a group and I couldn't eat there, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that I didn't have any options for lunch except leaving the hotel or going to 7-Eleven. The pillows were too soft and I couldn't get the front desk to understand a question regarding the availability of firmer pillows. My key card failed every other time I used it in the elevator. If someone was already there, it wouldn't recognize my floor, twice I had to walk up from the 10th floor. If someone else came in after me, the elevator would drop my floor and I would have to tap my card again or the other guest would so that I could register my floor. Just a suggestion, but grab bars in the shower would be useful especially for accessibility."
Lahan Select Gyeongju

"It is mainly a tour group hotel than an exclusive five star resort that we had hoped for. It is away from the main city and any restaurants. You need a taxi to go for breakfast and meals. Even the dining option which I we confess did not use is divided into time slots to cater to tour groups and the heavy rush. Room was big and had a balcony and beautiful views. The staff were helpful and explained that nearest place to have food is a forty minute walk hence we skipped breakfast and opted for a brunch in the beautify city centre. The decor appear dated although the website states it had a serious refurbishment, it may be that we were in an older section. Five star choices are limited in Gyeongju as will need to accept it. Nothing special but very manageable for a 2 night stay"
The K Hotel Gyeongju

"This hotel is quite dated. The bathroom was clean but needed for a very thorough cleansing especially the ceiling. Water mark/mold was present. The room we had a fantastic view showing 2 temple like structures and mountains. Breath taking. The room size was quite large with 2 beds, a desk with a stool, TV, and a refrigerator. It only had electrical outlets almost hiding underneath the desk and next to the refrigerator not near the beds. You need to pay to use the gym or spa or swimming pool. Again the facilities were old. I would recommend this hotel because it is located in a very convenient tourist area with lots of eateries and amusement parks, and its proximity to many of Gyeongju's historical sites. Very kind front desk too."

"Great location, very friendly staff and some handy extras - umbrellas to use in torrential rain; postcards, stamps and a postbox; self-service coffee throughout the day and an excellent breakfast. Very good value for money and lovely, spacious and clean room. Cannot fault this hotel in any way and would recommend highly to anyone visiting Gyeongju."

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. My room was upgraded for free, and waa able to check-in earlier too. I did my laundry and it was super easy. The breakfast is great too. I really recommend this hotel."
