"From the moment we arrived at Kempinski Palace Engelberg, we were completely enchanted. The hotel is the perfect blend of Swiss alpine charm and world-class luxury. Every detail — from the breathtaking mountain views to the elegant interiors — speaks of thoughtful design and impeccable hospitality. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The concierge and front desk went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and every evening felt like a retreat into calm and comfort. The rooftop infinity pool and spa were a highlight — simply magical. Soaking in the heated pool while gazing at the snow-capped peaks is an unforgettable experience. "We booked the entire Chalet for 8 nights. Wifi was not working at all, we had to constantly refill data plans. The dishwasher upstairs was not in working condition. The owner of this Chalet is a fraud. He charged us a hefty amount without my consent after we checked out of the Chalet. I will be disputing this fraudulent charge with my credit card company. "

"We were in Austria but the rains closed all the trains. We decided to go to the Interlaken area. Hotel Alpenrose was the only hotel that wasn’t double our budget. It is really more of a cozy bed and breakfast than a hotel. It was a little bit out of the way but the trains are so easy in Switzerland than it wasn’t an issue. The ride back gave us time to get caught on emails and send pictures and texts friends and family. We would stay there again. "
