"The bath/shower was tough to figure out and did not work great. Tub was very slippery and the step out very dangerous. Other than that we loved our stay at the Tivoli."

"Lovely staff, friendly and attentive. Rooms a little compact though to the point that the wardrobe wouldn't open fully with the bedside unit in its normal place, which means the wardrobe has to be constantly open. Small constructive point only for a tremendous stay. Thanks again"

"We didn’t interact with any staff whatsoever because you don’t need to - they have automation for everything. The rooms are small but well equipped and laid out. It was ideal for our short family stay. Well priced vs many other hotels in Copenhagen and we’d recommend it for anyone who doesn’t mind a small room to save a bunch of money"

"What a great find! The location was ideal. You are close to all 3 Metro lines which makes it extremely easy to get around town and to get to the train station to travel around the country. We used it as our home base for a week and it was ideal. There was even a bakery two blocks away where we got our morning Danish!"

"Another stay at A&O Sydhavn :) We had a room on the ground floor overlooking the main road ..wasn’t one of the best locations we’ve had there but we slept well. We had an issue with our booking this visit - whilst reception couldn’t help - they gave me the customer service email who replied quickly and the issue was promptly resolved :)"
