"This was our second break at kings arms and we had a lovely time again. Room lovely and clean as always. Well stocked. Breakfasts excellent as is the orangery room. Which the wallpaper is so nice to look at. Cool on a hot day with fans. We were lucky to have a good fan provided in room. Which was essential as weekend stayed warm weather. Bath products good to use too. I do like the espresso machine in room. Perfect for relaxing evening with tv and comfortable bed. We also had sunday roast which was very good also. Service very good. Staff very friendly and helpfull."

"Absolutely incredible food - the staff couldn’t do enough for us in the restaurant when our fussy daughter was getting anxious. I never usually have pudding but I had to with the options they had and I’m so glad I did! Breakfast again was such good quality and yummy. The room was great and the bedding really comfy"

"Large room and comfortable bed. We hadn’t asked for what seemed to be a disabled room. It was a walk in shower only with curtains and a very large seat contraption taking up most of the showering area. The floor of the en-suite was soaking wet as the curtains were inadequate. We put up with it as we were only there a couple of nights. Very handy for the S5 bus into the city - Park & Ride just across the roundabout."

"We turned up very late so the guy working there was really helpful in getting us set up. The room was nice enough and you can see what they’re going for but the aesthetic choices they’ve made are detrimental to usefulness. The ornate bath on 4 legs and shower fittings look nice but your choices are either shower sat down or get water all over the place. It seems like a lot of people choose the second option as unfortunately there is a bit of a musty damp smell and the lack of ventilation in the bathroom means the moisture can only go into the room so there was quite a lot of mould in the room we were in, especially around the windows and a bit on the ceiling. Breakfast was really good, great general spread and then the cooked food was really good."
