"The room is extremely small! Very depressing. The bathroom is pathetically small. The shower and sink share the same faucet! The toilet is placed tightly next to the wall that you can only sit diagonally! Absolutely no space to put anything in the room. Suitcases tucked under the bed. If you have a 3rd suitcase, you are screwed! Checkout is at 10:00 am while all other hotels are at 11 or noon. Extended time for a fee. If you are leaving early before breakfast time, they don't offer breakfast...

"The pool access is a paid service and it was not in booking details. The hotel room was cleaned every 3 days which I do appreciate although the rooms can be bigger for the pricing we were paying for. On days when room cleaning service is not performed you still get clean towels. Laundry access only have 6 washers and dryers and honestly it was pretty expensive as they weren’t huge washers. Staff were friendly and they offer luggage storage before check in and after but one thing I didn’t like...

"The location of hotel is excellent. It is close to Ueno park and many museums. This was quite an advantage during the cherry blossom season. There is a central metro station 5 minutes away. The hotel had no air conditioning and the rooms could get stuffy and hot, however, we left the back window viewing to the park open and it was adequate. The regular room cleaning occurs every 3 to 4 days. Some of the staff at the front desk were dismissive (or perhaps untrained) of the questions and requests....
