"I really wanted to like this place. Staff was trying their best. I found an open condom wrapper and an unused condom still in the wrapper between my mattress and the bed frame. Old car tires were used to hold up the flower beds. That’s not very ecolodge like. The food was not very good. "Amazing homestay"

"The staff was so courteous and accommodating they made our stay so memorable. I would definitely come again if I'm in the area."

"I had a great experience during my trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the local food nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers. If you are planning a trip, I suggest booking in advance and spending some time exploring the surrounding area. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would be happy to come back again."

"Great stay. Good food"

"The hotel owner was amazing. The soup in the morning was delicious. The only issue was the noise, you can hear everything that’s going on in the hotel. But location was good. I would stay again."

"Old hotel but best location and friendly and helpful staff!"

"Would come back here again if I come to visit Sapa next time. Definitely recommend it."

"Near to Stone church(city Central) at walkable distance. Rooms are good. Free delicious breakfast everyday."

"Beautiful quiet property"

"Comfortable hotel with great view and courteous staff."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with great views. Really enjoyed our time here"

"Good location but a little walk up the hill. Cute clean place with great staff, great view, and good daily breakfast also. Would stay again."

"3/5"

Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. We explicitly booked a "Garden View" room through Expedia, but upon arrival, we were given a room looking directly at a fire escape. When we raised this issue with reception, we were completely brushed off and told that this was simply "the design of the hotel." If you...
