"Oui, notre séjour fut agréable ; l'ambiance est familiale et sereine ; le contact est facile malgré les difficultés des échanges linguistiques. Le seul petit problème pour nous qui sommes septuagénaires reste l'accès à la chambre ! Nous trouvons les marches d'escalier de plus en plus hautes à franchir... Surtout avec nos bagages.

"After checking and settling on to our room. They gave a second key for the apartment to another party. They basically just open the door and walk into our room. Very concerning and unsafe. "

They know this but have not changed the location! There is only paid parking on the street. The entry is dirty and passes by smelly rubbish bins. "Beautiful property with an amazing location across from the gondola. Easy walking to restaurants and bars. The staff was excellent and attentive. The only issue is the lack of spa on property. Guests must use and pay for the wellness spa at the adjoining hotel. "
