"We were pleasantly surprised by the uniqueness of this hotel. We weren't sure what to expect but the hotel was charming and the double beds weren't too small. The two small complaints have to do with the quality of some of the towels - original towels were as threadbare and scratchy as a scouring pad but replacements were plush. Breakfast is excellent with several types of eggs but could definitely have more - i.e. sausages, ham and/or potatoes. We would definitely recommend this hotel in downtown Syracuse!"

"Everything about this stay was great, my only complaint was it was a hot 95 degree day and when we got into our room late at night the a/c was not on and the room was a bit hot. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was great. "

"There was some construction. Front desk was so nice!! They gave us a food voucher! My only complaint is the floor in the room was sticky. I walk barefoot. And i would wash my feet in the tub constantly because the soles of my feet would get black with dirt."
