The pictures must be from many years ago. Floors are split, some holes in walls, no ventilation in bathroom, zero housekeeping, door issues, air conditioner did not work, staff were friendly.

The smoke alarms were covered with plastic bags. There was a hole in bathroom window where the exhaust is supposed to be. The bedsheet was not changed since last occupancy. Grubby shower. One towel. Lift not available, even though no room are on ground floor.

I stayed here for two nights, and had been hoping for a cheap and cheerful stay. I had booked a studio room. I’ll get the only two positives out of the way first- the wifi was great and the staff were friendly. However that’s where my good experiences here end. When I arrived and went to my room I found it filthy, no one had bothered to mop and there was cobwebs that were clearly months old in the corners of the room, as well as considerable mould damage. I went downstairs and complained and was given a room that, thankfully, was cleaner. However during my time at the hotel there was constant construction noise, loud enough to shake the walls, and mould damage in the new rooms bathroom as well. I had made a comment to reception about having a talk to their cleaner while they got a new room sorted. I did see this cleaner in the room next to mine- in the middle of remaking the beds she had sat down and was on her phone. When I came back 20 minutes later she had not moved from this spot. Additionally the fridge froze my milk solid, the microwave did not work and there had been no hand soap or bath mats provided. I would strongly urge people looking to book here to go anywhere else- while the receptionists were lovely it does not make up for the public health risk this location poses.

For the location it was great. However if I had of know it was a huge hot spot for drugs, drug dealers, drug users I wouldn't have stayed there. The property has damages eg broken power points, rotten flooring, mould in the bathroom, paint peeling, broken panels from the wardrobe. There was a issue and there was a breach of security when my room had been entered by other people. A card had been copied for the entry of my room. Which resulted in myself being endanger which I had to leave the room, and check out days before I was meant to check out. Which resulted in myself being left out of pocket of expenses for which I raised issues with the staff. Things were stolen from my room including medicine, clothing, other items of which I had to go and seek out this person who took it with the help of the police which were no more then 200ms away. Now I highly disappointed, I honestly don't recommend this property at all, and it should be removed from all hotel listings.

Pretty horrendous, holes in the bathroom roof with the bathroom being covered in mould. Curtains hanging off the wall. Air con didn’t work so had to have the window open as it was boiling in the room, which kept us up all night with the noise. Beds are uncomfortable with horrible mattresses and the hallways haven’t seen a hoover in a year I’d say.

Don’t stay here. It’s not worth the savings. The property is not what it looks like in the images and is badly worn out. Our room had tiles missing in the bathroom, no bathroom ventilation, mould stains, an almost-hole in the ceiling above the shower, a window that didn’t latch, broken glass behind the toilet, cracks/soft spots in the floor, no electric kettle, a sad stained couch, a poorly draining sink, and insufficient crockery/cutlery. The Wifi was terrible and dropped out every 30 seconds. And it smelt like smoke after the person before us must have smoked in the room. Thankfully the beds were comfy and sheets were clean. If all you need is a bed for a night and running water, it might be okay. But if you want to feel comfortable and safe, don’t stay here. It shouldn’t even be operating. We were “upgraded” to our room because the other one was being renovated, and while we were told about the “problem” of tiles missing, we weren’t told about the disgusting bathroom ceiling above the shower, or any other issues. Location is really good near Kings Cross station and in a seemingly nice part of town. But again, not worth it.

No so good!
Not so good really. We said no room service and they came in anyway and even did bathroom repairs while we were not there and didn't know about it. Thats why we said no room service we didn't want anyone there with our belongings in there! Also the room hadn't been properly cleaned for months!

The photos were the biggest catfish I have ever experienced. The room was so dirty, there was literally a large hole in the mouldy bathroom ceiling. Brown liquid dripping down the walls and the hallways had cigarette butts and white power all over the ground. When we checked in the staff were fast asleep. We moved hotels that night it was so bad and we felt unsafe in the area.

Our room was not like the picture. The window in the main room was permanently open to allow the big air condition tube to pass through. This meant we had all the weather and noise come in, including the construction next door that started at 5:30am. The curtain didn’t even cover the width of the window so we had no privacy and we couldn’t get the room dark to sleep in. The bathroom window also had a hole in it to plug into a power outlet, and the other half of the window was cracked. The shower tap had been replaced but the tile had not. The light fixture in the bathroom was rusted. We had no kettle as the room description advised. We had one mug, one glass and one bowl for a twin room, but no cutlery and nothing to wash or dry them with if we wanted. The pillows were awful and flat. The doors and walls had chips and marks all over (not normal wear and tear, they needed to be replaced). The elevator is also feels like a death trap. It literally took us off our feet with its jolty landing.
