2) Property Maintenance:
We prioritize the maintenance and upkeep of our property. If any item in the property is damaged or not functioning, it is essential that you report it to us. As our guest, you are responsible for any property damage and the associated repair costs. If you notice any maintenance needs, kindly notify us and provide us with the opportunity to arrange for repairs. Refunds or reservation price adjustments will not be issued on this basis.
3) No Smoking:
To maintain a smoke-free environment, we have a strict no-smoking policy inside the property. A $1000 smoking charge will be applied if you are found smoking inside the premises.
