FEES The base tariff includes 8 people; extra guests are charged an additional fee per person, per night. Electric car charging is $20 per use, payable separately after booking.
FIREWOOD SEASON 1st April - 31st October During the firewood season, a starter pack of firewood, kindling, firelighters, and matches are provided for your first night. More firewood and supplies can be purchased locally from petrol stations.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING FEE Please advise if you intend to use the house electricity to charge your electric car. There is a fee of $20 per charge, which is charged separately. Kindly inform us of the number of times you plan to charge your car during your stay. There is no dedicated EV port at the property. Guests will need to bring their own extension lead and EV-compatible charging cable to connect to the propertys electricity supply.

NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY We enforce a strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. As this is a quiet residential area, any breach will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
PAYMENT POLICY Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date. Balance Security Bond: The remaining balance and the refundable security bond must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. Full Payment: For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment and the refundable security bond are required at the time of booking. Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments including the bond. Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement. Agreement: By making payments, you agree to our terms and conditions. Bond Refund: Bond refunds are processed 7 business days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.
CANCELLATION POLICY Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy. COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.
