The Dower House Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We only stayed for one night whilst attending an event at nearby Cadwell Park but our stay may have been short but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfy. Staff were lovely, the lady at check in was very welcoming and explained everything very well. Our rooms were in The Lodge, a separate building to the main house, but this was easy to find and had excellent security. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel"

"The staff are great and the position of the hotel was excellent We did eat lunch which was very good and large We also had breakfast which although was not full English was a continental with a breakfast roll We had sausage & egg bap and this was more than enough It was very warm but we had a fan which helped It is an old building and this has to be taken into account as it is listed and there are things you just cannot do Would recommend the hotel it wax very good value for money"

"A very handy place to stay, just on the outskirts of Grantham, just a short walk into town. Plenty of parking on the street outside, or on the bays on the side road. I stayed in the annexe, in a ground floor room by the road - glad to say, no noise issues at night! The room itself was large and well maintained, if a little dated decor-wise. Bed was extremely comfy! I didn't have the breakfast, but stopped by reception in the morning and it was being cooked fresh to order, looked very nice. The staff accidentally charged me twice (once through website, then when I arrived). Before I even got a chance to check this, they left me a note to pop by reception and get the additional charge refunded. Great customer service! A very nice hotel in the area, I'll definitely be back if passing that way again."
