"The hotel is in an idyllic setting and well presented. Sadly, the spa facilities are only available to guests who purchase a treatment. There was some confusion with communication: I received an email telling me the hotel was closed after I had booked and indeed there was a sign at the entrance of the hotel indicating it was closed, when it was not.
