"Very friendly host, dinner in their restaurant excellent. Can tell food is made from scratch. Lovely flavours, both the slow cooked beef brisket and the chicken curry. Room was immaculately clean, nice thick towels and soft bedlinen. I have managed branded and non-branded hotels so can tell when a room is clean. "

"Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, powerful shower, quick check-in, helpful staff. Only improvement would be to find a way to prevent the doors in the corridor from slamming shut as quite noisy."

"We were travelling from Norwich to Chippenham for a funeral. We stayed overnight at this hotel and we recommend it it totally - great staff, great room, a bar to have a drink before we turned in. Next morning, a well cooked breakfast with plenty of choice - the whole stay met our needs perfectly"
