Room was immaculately clean, nice thick towels and soft bedlinen. I have managed branded and non-branded hotels so can tell when a room is clean. "

"Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, powerful shower, quick check-in, helpful staff. Only improvement would be to find a way to prevent the doors in the corridor from slamming shut as quite noisy."

"We were travelling from Norwich to Chippenham for a funeral. We stayed overnight at this hotel and we recommend it it totally - great staff, great room, a bar to have a drink before we turned in. Next morning, a well cooked breakfast with plenty of choice - the whole stay met our needs perfectly"
