"The room was lovely and the shower was divine - great water pressure! The golf-themed everything was fun and very apropos for the location close to St Andrews Links. The staff were delightful! There is a pub downstairs, so there will be cheerful sounds arising from that until midnight - in case you are a light sleeper."

"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are so well appointed with great amenities . The staff at check in , at breakfast and through gout the property are all wonderful and so helpful and kind . I’ve stayed at multiple hotels in st Andrews but will be coming back to seaton house from now on. The breakfast is delicious and the bar is really nice !"

"The Old Course Hotel is, without question, one of the finest hotels in all of Great Britain and an absolute must-visit for any golf lover. The location alone is iconic, but the entire experience lives up to it. You have to go! Everything about the hotel feels exquisite and high-end, from the rooms and common areas to the service and overall attention to detail. The staff were excellent throughout our stay...professional, welcoming, and always helpful. Two thumbs up. The food was also superb. Every meal we had was beautifully prepared and added to the overall experience. Staying here feels like much more than just visiting a hotel; it’s part of the St Andrews experience itself. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to return, hopefully next time with my entire family."

"Having stayed at the Hotel over the years we were aware,this time that the dining arrangements are now so expensive as to make one of the restaurants not somewhere we would wish to eat . Other than that the hotel is still somewhere we would happily recommend for position, comfort and the amazing staff"

"Cleveden House is in a great central location, bedroom was ideal, comfy bed with a lovely modern bathroom. We managed to park locally for free which worked perfectly. We will definitely stay here again."
