Crwcca Farm Cottage is a lovely two bed property adjoining the farmhouse with French doors onto the garden and a sociable open plan living space. The best of both worlds… just north of Swansea, this charming cottage is a good base for accessing the beaches of the Gower and the countryside of South Wales. Felindre has a pretty water mill and is a popular spot with wildlife enthusiasts, birders and walkers. 
 
With some of the best beaches in the Gower just a short drive away, including Rossilli and  Oxwich and Three Cliffs Bay within walking distance, this is the perfect destination for a holiday. Pack up a picnic and spend lazy days at the seaside. Head to Langland with its pretty beach huts and dine at a beach side cafe… simply perfect!

Open plan living space: leather seating, electric fire place and a TV/DVD player. The dining area has a table and seating for 4.
Kitchen area: electric cooker with extractor fan, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 : double bed.
Ensuite : shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 : twin beds, desk, large chest of drawers, TV and an en suite bathroom with a 3-piece suite.

 

Entertainment : TV. DVD player.
Outside : patio with garden furniture.
Parking : off street parking. 
General: changeover day - Saturday. Electric heating. Night storage heating. Bed linen provided. Towels are available on request from the owner. WiFi. 4 star rating.
Pets: dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Notes : no smoking. The property is accessed via an unmade road making it unsuitable for some vehicles (lowered sports cars).
