"Absolutely lovely check in experience from Glen. Very proffesionall and very knowledgeable. Room was okay it’s a shame about no windows but this is something that I knew before going so completely happy with it."

"Excellent central London location and very near Russell Square underground station. Clean room with comfortable beds. The curtains do not completely cover the window and the hairdryer blows cold. A little noisy as a vast hotel situated around a courtyard with cafes and bars. The double glazing doesn't keep out the noise. A good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep in a great location."
