The property was marketed as a six person property but you had not provided bowels and teaspoons for six. You provided a dish washer but we could not use it as we needed things for next meal. The stairs were death trap and had to be used with care. We could not open the windows to let fresh air. Overall it was not up to the standard that we normally find"

"The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent."

"I don’t know where to begin. I’ll start with the thing that hit us first…. The smell of cannabis! The whole house stunk of canabis! We opened all the upstairs windows & it made no difference. The house got double booked so we had 2 women & a bloke banging the door, who threatened to put all the windows through & my car windows before I said “please don’t, that’s my car!” Ants on the kitchen work surfaces.
