"Furniture in room was falling apart. Curtain had holes in it. Bathroom ceiling was cracked. Bed was hardest most uncomfortable we ever tried to sleep on. Smoking area was in bad place by the entrance. Staff was fine, especially housekeeper, she was friendly. Did like location and the pool was good, if a little outdated. Maintainance work was being done outside too early in the morning. Breakfast was subpar, waffle maker didnt work properly."

"The room was beautiful! Highly recommend!"

"Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Amenities were good. Location was ideal and it was a good value. Place was well kept and clean."

"Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The owners could not do enough for us. Beautifully appointed, immaculate rooms. Adults only. Great location. You won’t be disappointed."

"The staff was extremely kind, room was warm, clean and the bathroom was extremely spacious. Perfect place in a perfect location."

"The room was very nice, clean, and perfect for a couple. Unfortunately, the noise made our stay extremely disappointing. Despite the outdoor pool being closed for the season, loud music played from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The guests below us blasted music until 1 a.m., and there was no front desk staff available overnight to address it. Our room also faced the main road, where traffic noise was constant day and night. Two nights of little to no sleep ruined what should have been a relaxing getaway....

"The place was beautiful, peace and calm, me and my fiancé. We had a wonderful birthday weekend. We would love to come back again. Staff was great. The amenities was perfect. The view of the ocean was beautiful. I couldn’t ask for a better birthday gift."

"Fantastic place!"

"Staff was very nice and accommodating. Very clean rooms and parking was very easy."

"Loved this place! Room was very nicely done and updated. Breakfast was delicious. The treats were excellent. Our room was on the front of the home so the street was a little loud. I had earplugs and was fine but my husband had a hard time. We will be back!"

"The staff is very friendly. Rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained."

"Everything was prefect from check in to check out. Jillian and staff are top notch! We loved the breakfast daily, beautiful property that is meticulously kept and location in the cape is excellent! We will be back and thank you for a wonderful stay!!!"

"There is a beautiful view outback, though not all the rooms can see it. “Resort” is a strong word. May be back in the seventies/80s it could be considered a resort. It’s fine, it’s just a little dated. But it’s in a good location to see the whole cape."

"The property is an older timeshare and dated."

"Very clean. Staff efficient"

"Upon arrival, the manager was pleasant and welcoming. The hotel looked like it was recently renovated however our room had a funny odor."

"I highly recommend Old Manse Inn. It is charming, welcoming and every detail is accounted for. The innkeepers are very friendly and kind - and make a delicious breakfast!"
