"Hotel has declined a lot since our last stay here. Just overall not clean & needing some upkeep. Bed was very firm. Hand prints and splatters on every wall. Floor had been mopped so wasn’t bad, kitchenette was ok condition. No good amenities, no bathroom amenities, no blow dryer. No breakfast. Check-in staff was nice."

"The staff was really nice. The room, however it wasn’t as clean as I would like it. The covers had holes in them. The sheets were clean it just the room itself wasn’t as clean as it could be different hairs on the floor. The shower was clean though in the sink, but overall the room could be better in shape."

"Restaurant was periodically closed for various issues. Considering I spent $450 per night there was no water in the room and the vending machine on our floor was out for both days. We were supposed to have a Riverside room and ended up with a city Side room next to an event center that had wedding parties both nights. Music was loud until 10:00 p.m.. Not likely to book a room here again even though the staff was really super nice and accommodating. "

"Breakfast buffet was good, on the pricey side. Did not get a chance to use the pool as it is small and was crowded the day we were there. View was good. Overall I do not think it was worth the cost. Nothing wrong with the hotel (staff were great, bed was comfortable!), but will go for the lower cost option next time."
