who was safe with the fully fenced gardens. The property is very well-equipped and the family were very responsive to our queries. In the area there are nice restaurants and places to explore. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again"

"We spent a week with seven people in the stone villa. Beautiful property with a great, evenly deep pool. We were able to sit outside for a long time in the wonderful seating area. A few little things in the house could use modernization, but it has such a wonderful Croatian charm. Everything was clean and well maintained. We recommend everyone to spend their vacation there."

Da es schon etwas kühler war,war der beheizte Pool Gold wert.Top ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht.Top W LAN im ganzen Haus und der überdachte Bereich vorm Haus ist für Raucher ideal.In Zminj(ca.10min. Fahrt),gibt es einen großen Supermarkt und gute Restaurants,zu empfehlen ist To Je To (Pizza und Fastfood). Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Haus weiterempfehlen."

"Der CheckIn verlief sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus war Innen und Außen wunderbar sauber und gepflegt. Informationen zum Haus und zur Umgebung/Sehenswürdigkeiten lagen gut sichtbar bereit. Der Austausch mit dem Eigentümer lief via Whatsapp sehr zügig und freundlich. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Ferienhaus und Vermieter absolut empfehlen! "We had a fantastic week at the Villa Batana. The villa is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Our host was incredibly helpful, taking us the last few meters to the property when we got slightly lost on arrival and providing lots of suggestions for things to do in the area. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the beautiful pool, but the Villa is well situated to visit the attractions of the area -which we did. A truly excellent property to which we hope to return."

"We rented this property for 2 weeks, and hosted 22 friends and family in this 7-bedroom gem of a property. Located amidst olive groves and small villages, Villa Ambienta is truly a standout property. Our guests were amazed and felt pampered and relaxed. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the southern end of the Istrian Peninsula' basically, you can drive for 15 or 20 minutes to the east, west or south, and you are at the Adriatic. Head north and you are very quickly into Istrian...

"It is a really nice house and pool. Nice and clean. It is located in a small, cozy town with three restaurants and several bars as well as a small supermarket. The location makes a car necessary. But it is easy to get around, for example to the beach and to larger cities. Can only be recommended!"

"Die Villa war sehr schön und sauber. Die Gastgeber waren super nett, dauerhaft und schnell erreichbar. Tolle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Große Terrasse. Der Pool war ziemlich kalt, was aber bei 30 Grad nicht schlimm war. Wenn es zu kalt wurde hatte man die Möglichkeit in den Whirpool zu gehen oder die Sauna zu nutzen. Es gab keine Beschwerden falls die Musik mal lauter war. Gerne wieder:)"

"We booked Villa Nina for a family holiday with our boys age 8 & 10. We wanted a week to relax and this place was perfect. Situated in a quiet hamlet about 30 minutes from Pula Airport (def need a car) the house was bright and clean with a beautiful outside area. The kids were thrilled with the mini football pitch, pool table foosball and PlayStation not to mention the slide into the pool. All that allowed us to relax. We took a trip to Sanc Michael Theme Park - fantastic place for the kids...
