The charming holiday home with its traditional Istrian interior is located in Central Istria, in Smoljanci, a small and quiet village. The famous resort of Rovinj is about 13 km away. It has a fenced garden with a private pool for relaxing moments and family holidays in the country. The holiday home guarantees a private atmosphere due to a stone wall that cannot be seen from the outside. Holiday house Julia offers accommodation for a maximum of 5 + 1 guests in 2 double rooms. The warm and tastefully decorated interior welcomes you as a home away from home.
House for 5-6 people: approx. 120 m² on three floors. On the ground floor there is a living / dining area with a kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen will meet all of your needs. On the ground floor there is also a sofa bed (120x190 cm) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a large balcony and a toilet. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
Other: The house is equipped with WiFi. There are sun loungers and parasols by the pool, as well as an outdoor shower. Younger guests can look forward to a swing and slide. There is also a table tennis table and a basketball hoop. Four bicycles are available for free use. For the guests of the holiday home Julia there is free opportunity for a nice N.P. Brijuni and Dolphin boat trips departing from Pula.

Relaxing holiday

We all had a very relaxing week, including our dog who was safe with the fully fenced gardens. The property is very well-equipped and the family were very responsive to our queries. In the area there are nice restaurants and places to explore. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again

Es war ein schönes haus ,mit allem was man sich für den urlaub wünscht .Es war sehr sauber ,wir hatten nichts zu bemägeln.Auch das gleich ein funktionierder grill da war ,hat uns sehr gefreut.Das einzige war das der strand sehr weit weg war und man jeden tag viel im Auto sitzt.

Top Ferienwohnung für warme Tage

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Mit drei Terrassen konnte man sich gar nicht entscheiden, wo man essen will. Der Pool war Mega.

nice and pleasant stay

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt mit einigen schattigen Plätzen und somit war es auch ideal für unseren Hund. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und sie war jederzeit zu erreichen. Zur Begrüßung gab es Äpfel, Kekse, Wein, gekühlte Getränke und Olivenöl für uns. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb und es ist sehr ruhig dort. Es ist es mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und die Kinder waren mit dem WLan zufrieden :)Wir würden das Haus nochmal buchen.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten….Dusche gehört dringend renoviert… E Geräte in der Küche/ Kaffeemaschine/ Backofentür gehören ausgetauscht WLAN gab es nicht wirklich… mehr Abbrüche als wie Funktion…

Es gibt besseres für dieses Geld

Es war schön. Alles war zweckgemäß. Es wäre schön, wenn einiges erneuert bzw. repariert würde. Auch alte Lebensmittel aussortiert würde. Waren von anderen Urlauben in Kroatien vielleicht verwöhnt, weil man mit frischen Obst/Gemüse und Getränke empfangen wurde. Hier wurde man begrünßt, dass 0,5 l Olivenöl 15 Euro kostet.

Großartig

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft (endlich gab es mal scharfe Messer...) und der unkomplizierten Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit der Vermieterin. Der Hauptort Svetvincenat mit seiner kleinen Burg ist äußerst charmant (nette Cafés und Restaurants) und hat den großen Vorteil ausreichend von den Touristenzenten an der Küste zu liegen. Diese ist wiederum nicht zu weit entfernt, wenn man den Tag am Meer verbringen will.

Jederzeit gerne wieder

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Ruhe in dem etwas abgelegenen Ort in Verbindung mit dem Komfort des Objektes und dem perfekten Privatpool war genau so wir wir uns es erhofft hatten. Dazu eine sehr nette Gastgeberin - perfekt & jederzeit gerne wieder! Einziges Manko war, dass wir leider nur eine Woche dort waren :-/

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Ich war mit meinem Mann vom 18.09. - 02.12.2021 in diesem Ferienhaus. Es war einfach traumhaft. Der kleine Ort Smoljanci ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Es gibt einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt, in dem man alles für den alltaglichen Bedarf bekommt. Wir haben es hauptsächlich genutzt, um jeden Morgen frisches Brot/Brötchen zum Frühstück zu haben. Alle größeren Städte (Rovinj, Pula, Porec) sind in ca. 30 Min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann. Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Toilettenpapier, Duschgel,...das alles war vorhanden. Ebenso ausreichend frische Handtücher. Der Garten war eingezäunt und ziemlich uneinsichtig, da die Häuser neben uns leer waren, wurden wir durch nichts und niemanden gestört. Familie Vidra war jederzeit per Handy für uns erreichbar. Sie haben uns freundlich empfangen und willkommen gehießen. Ebenfalls haben wir eine Bootstour geschenkt bekommen. Auch diese war einfach unglaublich. Wir haben sogar Delfine gesehen. Wir würden das Haus ohne Bedenken an jeden weiterempfehlen und würden selbst auch jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sommerurlaub 2021

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 14 Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Es war alles sauber und auch genügend Putzmittel vorhanden. Wir mussten außer Verpflegung nichts zusätzlich kaufen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und genügend Liegen und Auflagen vorhanden. Vom Balkon aus kam man das Meer sehen und schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Nach den ersten Nächten hatten wir auch die Mücken im Griff. Im Nachbarort gibt es jede Menge italienische Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Im Ort selber gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man Kleinigkeiten wie Butter, Getränke usw. kaufen kann. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wer Erholung sucht und eine saubere Unterkunft, ist hier genau richtig.

Perfektes Ferienhaus in Kroatien

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet - alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Selbst Gewürze oder Tabs f. die Spülmaschine liegen bereit. Die Vermieter sind super nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben sogar eine Bootsfahrt für die ganze Familie geschenkt bekommen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen ;) Viele Grüße Nils

Vacanza perfetta

Abbiamo soggiornato dall' 08 al 15 agosto 2020. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili, ci hanno accolto molto bene consigliandoci anche qualche posto da visitare e regalandoci una bella gita in barca al tramonto per avvistare i delfini. La casa è molto bella, spaziosa, pulita, ben arredata e fornita; Le foto la rispettano al 100%. Sul retro della casa c'è una zona barbecue con un tavolino, ideale per pranzi e cene e un bel giardino con una piscina privata. La casa si trova in un paese con pochissimi abitanti, al centro paese c è un negozio di alimentari piccolo ma abbastanza fornito. A 3km c'è il centro di San Vincent e a mezz'ora circa di auto si raggiunge Rovigno e Pola. L'unica Nota negativa sono state le zanzare ma soprattutto le vespe nella zona piscina. Consigliamo questa casa a chiunque voglia passare momenti di relax immersi nella campagna. Ringraziamo ancora i proprietari per l'ospitalità e la gentilezza!

Hervorragender Sommerurlaub im Ferienhaus Smoljanci 29.08.-12-09.2020

wir haben dieses Jahr unseren Sommerurlaub im Ferienhaus Smoljanci bei Familie Vidra verbracht. Es war traumhaft! Das Häuschen ist ruhig gelegen- jedoch so dass man mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit alle relevanten Ziele schnell erreichen kann. Für den kleinen Einkauf steht im Ort ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt zur Verfügung. Hier kann man gut in zwei Minuten zu Fuß Brötchen fürs Früstück holen. Das Häuschen selber ist super schön eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Die Vermieter im Nachbarhaus sind sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich gewesen. Da das Gundstück wie beschrieben eingezäunt war hatten wir auch mit unserem Hund eine tolle Zeit. Dieser konnte sich auf dem gesamten Grundstück frei bewegen. Unser Fazit: eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser die wir je besucht haben, sehr freundliche und angenehme Vermieter und eine herrliche Lage im wunderschönen Istrien. Danke Familie Vidra- wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub. Perfekt für Familie und Freunde.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in diesem Haus. Die Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr sehr nett. Wir haben ein kleines Wilkommensgeschenk erhalten. Außerdem hat uns die Gastgeber-Familie auf eine Bootstour eingeladen. Die Tour war wundervoll. Wir haben sogar Delfine gesehen. Wir waren 2 Pärchen mit 2 Hunden. Das Haus ist umzäunt und somit perfekt geeignet für Hundebesitzer. Der Pool war super und sehr sauber. Alles in allem, war das Haus perfekt und wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Wirklich zu empfehlen. Danke nochmal an die Gastgeber.

Sehr schönes Haus mit freundlichen Vermietern

Es war genau wie beschrieben. Ländliche Gegend aber mit dem Auto in 30 min alle Städte und Strände zu erreichen. Man sollte nur beachten das die Treppen zu den Schlafzimmern für Kinder unter 3 etwas gefährlich ist, da keine Sicherungen vorhanden. Fazit: Super entspannt toller Pool, wir kommen wieder
