非常に良かった

蘇州観光で利用したが中心街にあり立地は最高でした。また、コンシェルジェも親切で日本語も通じました。部屋も清潔、快適で何も問題なし。朝食もまあまあでした。　ただ、問題はインターネットの接続が良くない。たぶん、ホテル側の問題ではないと思いますが。。。。　また、宿泊したいホテルです。

superb hotel near to shopping street

the hotel location and comfort level is great. just walk out and the whole shopping street is located there. the room n bed are comfortable and clean. the staff re also pretty helpful

hotel très sympa upgradé dès mon arrivée j'ai obtenu une suite grande comme un court de tennis , meublée en meubles traditionnels chinois ..La deuxième nuit un vilain orage a détruit le chargeur de mon ordinateur et le lendemain le personnel a envoyé un concierge pour me le remplacer Service impeccable personnel sympa parlant anglais Bref un très bon choix

蘇州一の繁華街の観前街から近く、観光、食事、ショッピングなど非常に便利な場所にある。お薦めの観光地も教えて頂くなどサービスも良かった。日本語を話せるスタッフがいるのも心強い。ただ、シャワー室だけで風呂がなかったのは残念。

便利な立地

蘇州駅に近く、繁華街の中にあるので大変便利です。松鶴楼などの有名レストランも徒歩で数分にあるので食事にも事欠かずにいい。ホテル自身は、新しくないが綺麗に保たれていて、全く問題ない。部屋も綺麗で、特にベットが中国の一般的なホテルのものと違い、比較的ソフトであるので、寝心地がいい。加えて、日本語の話せるスタッフがいるので、中国語に不慣れでも安心して泊まれる。次回も機会があれば泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。

Dishonest manager but otherwise lovely hotel

The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and meets Western standards for a 3 star hotel. Most of the staff was very kind and helpful, and the location is very convenient because it is within walking distance to the Suzhou Museum, the Garden of the Humble Administrator, and several other tourist destinations. Unfortunately, despite the fact that my reservation was for two people and paid for in advance, the hotel had given away our room and only had a room available for one person. The first clerk who helped us said that she was concerned that the bed would not be big enough for two since it was meant for one person. She said the reservation was for just one person. But I showed her the reservation I had for two, and she then called in her manager. The manager repeatedly said that the bed was for 1-2 people. But the bed was only 1.5 meters wide, and I'm pretty sure that what happened was that the hotel gave away our room despite our reservation. There is no way that the room was meant for two.

観前街にあり利便性の高いリーズナブルなホテル

中国は何度か旅行してますが、蘇州は初めてで観前街にホテルを取りました。ホテルの場所は少し分かりにくい（百貨店のような建物）ですが、スタッフのサービスレベルや清潔感は価格以上にとても良いです。特に中国のホテルはバスルームに問題があることが多いのですが、バスルームはとても綺麗に清掃してあり快適でした。
