"I stayed here for 2 weeks whilst visiting family in nearby Mangpo. My room a de luxe double was large and spacious with a great shower room and very clean. My room was serviced and clean towels every day. There was a kettle and small fridge ideal for making your own coffee or tea. The hotel was very quiet and the front desk staff spoke English which was an enormous help. The airport bus from Incheon stops right outside and is a very frequent service. "The lotte hotel Seoul is sooooooo amazing. The hospitality and service is unmatched. I’ve never felt more like royalty than when I stayed here. The executive tower is worth it!!!!! If you have the chance, definitely try the hotel restaurant Mugunghwa - it is on a top level so you get an amazing dining experience with views to match. What an experience! We will be back!!!!!"
