"Property was in an excellent location with the wonderful Steamers Clam and grill bar right next door. Our room was supposed to have been newly renovated- if I can upload a photo of the bathroom I will - it was awful. There was a stray dog which seemed to have adopted the owner and followed her everywhere but she wouldn't let him into her quarters so he sat outside and howled and whined all night I booked this accommodation as it was supposedly cheaper for 2 nights than for 1 night at other...

"We chose this location for convenience and that they are pet friendly. The rooms are in dire need of updating. The water pressure is hardly there. The towels are so old that they are thin. The bathroom and tub have rusted and ware marks. The beds were clean though the mattresses need to be replaced. The mini fridge is so old that the paint is peeling. The outdoor stairs are rusted and need to be replaced. The breakfast was better than I expected and we very much appreciated the...

"This is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the Suwannee River. A Boaters, fishermen, or hunters paradise, with all the basics, in a rustic setting. A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel."

It sits on a field that is a good distance away from the water and you have a slight view of the river from your room. The grounds offer nice seating to view and enjoy the river from. There is a pool in front of the motel that was kept clean. This is a roadside motel so there are many loud vehicles that travel by all hours of the night. The air conditioner has a high fan...

"The room was horrible and dirty. I had to go to the store to buy sheets, towels, and wipes to clean the room and the bathroom. I paid 100 dollars for one night—how is this even possible? Don’t be fooled by the photos; in reality, it’s absolutely disgusting."

"Great location!"

"Great view of Gulf from the porch."
