"Staff were very nice and helpful. We noticed that no one was picking up the trays from room service. Room was dated with lots of scratches on the furniture. Shower flooded ever time we used it. Most disappointing thing was they change their guest $25 a day to park at the hotel "

"Located close to landmarks, a short 10min walk to Parliament House or 25mins to the National Gallery of Australia. Friendly and helpful staff, small but very clean / sleek rooms. Beautiful lounge on L5 and L6 has a bar (10am -10pm) with a few fireplaces ! I’ll definitely be back there again on my next Canberra visit "

"Its my 2nd stay. Loved the areas because its near to shopping areas and restaurants. Hotel is connected to a casino. I had a room which is above the morning breakfast restaurant. The smell was strong in the room every morning!"
