"We have just returned from a stay at your hotel My husband and 2 children have had a lovely time Upon arrival we had been upgraded to a suite which was just lovely and really appreciated The room has everything you need Iron, ironing board, towels, shower gels, shampoos, fridge, safe The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and we had so much space The location is amazing right next to Warren Street Tube station that literally gets you everywhere to all main attractions we had visited Harry Potter studio tours before our arrival then on to London where we explored Oxford Street and surrounding areas, Camden Market etc We would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be visiting you again soon xx"

"From the moment we got to the entance of the hotel we were greeted and also helped with the checking in. Staff are very helpful and we were given the best room and was so spacious. Nothing to fault and cant wait to come back and stay here again very soon. Location is spot on and everything on the door step. "The location of this hotel is amazing! You step outside the lobby and see the London Bridge. The room was pleasant enough and comfortable. I have to comment on the shower and how outdated it is. I don’t like the half shower door because all the water ends on the floor. Its height makes it extremely difficult and uncomfortable to enter and exit. "
