"The room was spotless and felt very high-end. Loved the style of the entire place and it felt like a little oasis in the heart of London. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The complimentary drink on arrival was a really lovely touch. All in all, this might just be my new favourite London hotel!"

"This was a perfect, cozy, and comfortable room, the place was clean and safe, and it had everything I needed. It's incredibly close to Paddington Station, which allowed me to easily connect by train to many different places. I would definitely stay here again!"
