"The house and pool are lovely, spacious and well equipped. It’s situated about a 6-8 min drive from the nearest small town so it’s nice and quiet. The house has aircon and worked well for us with 3 kids all sharing a room. There was a slight issue about the host not providing dishwasher tablets but that was soon resolved."

"Mir wurde die Unterkunft, nachdem mit die Buchung bestätigt wurde, wieder wegen Ausbuchung storniert. Trotzdem habe ich ständig für den "gebuchten" Urlaub und sogar wo ich den Schlüssel für die Unterkunft erhalte Emails bekommen. Auf meine Emails wurde nie geantwortet. Und jetzt werde ich gefragt, wie mir der Urlaub gefallen hat. Kundenservice sieht anders aus."

"Villa Luce was exactly what we hoped for. The home is warm with all of the modern amenities we come to expect and exactly as depicted in the pictures. Its location was perfect, within a couple of miles of Labin, but more importantly just 1 hour or less by car from the farthest points of interest like must see cities (Rovinj, Porec, Motovun). The property owner Alen was always reachable and the property manager (Iva) was accessible by text and within a bike ride from the home. After 38 years...

"It is a really nice house and pool. Nice and clean. It is located in a small, cozy town with three restaurants and several bars as well as a small supermarket. The location makes a car necessary. But it is easy to get around, for example to the beach and to larger cities. Can only be recommended!"

"Location is perfect, if you don't mind to drive. This lovely house is a few minutes drive from Opatija and Lovran as well. The surrounding is quiet and calm, with a gorgeous view of the see. The apartment is great! You have all what you need (we traveled with a 5 month-old baby and all what we missed was a microwave, but otherwise you easily survive without a microwave). The apartment is spacious, all bedrooms are well equipped, and the whole apartment was very clean. We were extremely satisfied...

"Eine tolle Wohnung, die super aufgeteilt ist und blitzsauber. Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig, aber dennoch in optimaler Lage für alle Arten von Ausflügen und Strandbesuche. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt, der Pool einladend und der Gastgeber Goran mit seiner ganzen Familie sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. "Jasmine (vor Ort) und Emiliano waren perfekte Gastgeber. Die Absprache hat prima geklappt und Jasmine hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und liebevoll unterstützt, wenn wir Hilfe brauchten. Die Atmosphäre von Garten und Wohnung war so schön, wie den Bildern zu entnehmen. Die Wohnung erschien uns großzügiger als 45qm und war sehr gut und vor allem gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage für einen Stadtbummel ist sehr gut, wenn man über die Treppen geht etwa 2 km und trotz der Hügellage der Stadt gut...
