"Our stay in Jeju was pleasant. The room was nice and suited a short stay really well, and the location couldn’t have been better. The only downsides were the pool being closed for off‑season and the buffet meals being on the expensive side — you can easily enjoy better food for less just outside the hotel. Still, we enjoyed our time there."

"Beautiful lobby with a luggage weighing scale. Room was clean and spacious. There was a sitting area and table/chair. Bathroom was also very nice and toilet flushes well. Lots of eateries and shops in the area. City bus transit that leads to airport just outside the hotel. (Airport limousine is a further distance away - at least 12 minutes walk which we did when arriving but had uphill walks. We opted to do the city bus leaving instead)."

"Cons: No ice machine A little dated and worn Pros: Great location for shopping, dining and to just walk around. I felt safe at all times. Definitely would choose this place to stay again."

"Room was for a one night stay in Jeju city. Close to the airport. Room was clean and parking facility was extremely clean. The carpet in the hallways could use a refresh."

"The room was unique and comfortable. It felt like staying in a castle. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. The pools are very fun. While we didn't go to the theme park during the day, the zombie train at night was scary and very fun."
