"Our suite was great, newly renovated. Our room was on the canal and really enjoyed the outdoor space. Great location. There was a great bakery around the corner. Check in was a bit frustrating, as we were not sent any instructions prior, and there is no 24 hour front desk. Owners were very nice. I’d stay here again and recommend to others. "

The kettle did not work. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The heating rack and heater in the room worked very well. Very little toilet paper but the linens were good and the bed was very comfortable. "

"Extremely hot with opening ground floor windows as only option for relief. People walking by looked in. Only way to get relief at night was same……nit a very safe way to sleep. We left early and would definitely never use again. We knew there was no ac but had no idea there would be no air flow or a safety issue when using windows. We left a day early and was able to get into our Paris room (with ac) a day early."

"When we arrived at the property address 30 Rue de Crosne there was no one to help us at the address. There was no receptionist. They were all private apartments. We were not given an apartment number. No one answered the customer service helpline. There were only an answer machine which we did not leave a message on. A man in a neighbouring apartment tried to help us but without any success. We demand a full refund as we had to go and stay the night at the Ibis Budget hotel in Rouen. I will...

I thought it is unbelievable. I did not accept this, I wanted to cancel. After some days of messaging, when the emergency state was imposed in France and she realized she will not get other guests, she accepted my offer to pay a small additional amount and finalized the booking. "Maddie (the owner)was there if required and very helpful. Well equipped and quiet place to stay. If you have children there is a vast amount od toys and a toy shed. There are chickens at the end of the garden and love to be fed any scraps you have left. The garden is well kept and very pleasant. I give it 5 stars."
